Hi all,
I have been using Excel for a while now, but lately I've been having problems with applying VLOOKUP to more complicated formulas. In particular, I'm trying to retrieve data from a table and put some conditions based on other columns, but I'm constantly getting errors or mismatches in the output.
For instance, I'm attempting to use VLOOKUP to find a value from one sheet against another, but I have to merge it with IF statements in order to filter the data according to multiple conditions. Every time I attempt to add these conditions, it appears that the VLOOKUP returns an incorrect value or crashes.
I'm also studying for my and have been curious about how learning Excel functions such as VLOOKUP would assist with reporting and data management within the ServiceNow environment. Has anyone else struggled with the same issues in Excel or have suggestions on how VLOOKUP can be used more efficiently in a practical ITSM scenario?
I'd greatly appreciate any examples or advice you can provide. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Best,
Megancharlotte
